Contains the pelvic floor which holds the totality of our organs & gifts us marvellous orgasms. For people with vulvas, it contains our womb, too. This is where life happens.

Bones, ancestral memory

Rage, fear & shame get stored in our pelvis. They are imprinted in our bone mass & block our rich and vital flow of abundance.

Organs, source of vital, creative flow.

PELVIS — GENITALS — VOICE: Our Pelvic Voice mobilises the channel between our Pelvis, our primary expression & our pleasure, contacting with the Vagus-Nerv, de-armouring the three recreative centres of the body.

Emotions, they live in our waters

Our pelvic fluids — the emotional waters we contain — can stagnate through pain, silence & cultural-religous stigma. Reconnecting with our emotions we can move back from trauma to desire & in this way, manifest what we long for.

¿WHAT with the Pelvis?

Our Pelvis stores all our ancestral memories, both from our maternal & paternal lineages (or if your prefer gender neutral language, yin & yang energy), as from our own sexual biography. The Pelvis is THE Portal to our vital-creative energy: In people of all genders, it manifests its power in the vitality of the sexual organs. Meaning: Our libido, our vital-creative flow, our projects, our bodily vitality, our lust for life, etc. In order to revive our full potential, it’s indispensable to dive into what slows us down, paralyses us y hurts, avoiding the free flow of vital energy.

When we consciously surrender to the fear, the pain & the shame that lives in us, we create new synapsis in our nervous system and empower ourselves to renovate negative beliefs around ourselves and cleanse out behavioural patterns of self-sabotage in the basic vital areas of our lives like our financial situation, our sexuality, our family system, our friendships, our purpose in life, our fertility (in all genders), our health & our spiritual connection.

Working with our pelvis, we also work with the voice — how so? Our vocal cords are intrinsically connected to our genitals, our jaws are a mirror of our hips, through the Vagus nerv that diagonally goes through our whole body, travelling through our larynx and reflects our expression in life. Pelvic Voice practices help us to access the energies of receiving, holding & penetrating (yin & yang energy). We learn to set healthy limits & open up to life with our god(dess) given gifts.

Ask yourself: How is the condition of my pelvic floor in general? Is it overly rigid, overly open or is it flexible? Mobilising our bodily liquids and activating our voice, we manage to soften layer by layer, this internal space that is naturally at our disposition, so we can eventually allow ourselves to be penetrated by life –in mind, body & spirit. (This has nothing to do with sexual orientation, but refers to the primary energies of creating and expanding (yin & yang), representatives for receiving & giving.) At the same time, we learn to penetrate life lovingly ourselves, with our unique nectar –that, which we wish to bring into the world in this time on Earth!
